The fee
You get a workspace for a flat monthly or annual fee. Monthly plans cancel at any time. Annual billing is ten months for twelve, not a lock-in and not a discount that depends on how many referrals arrive. The price does not follow a referral, a partner, or a patient. There is no fee per introduction.
Your obligations
Anti-kickback, Stark, HIPAA, UK GDPR, PIPEDA and provincial health privacy stay with the provider. The product gives you encryption, an audit log, consent checks and a flat price so those rules are easier to meet. It does not decide them for you. You will not pay, reward or meter anyone for a referral inside CareLoop. Gift and meal logs are records, not a legal cap.
This host
iqcareloop.atiqsoft.com is a demonstration host with synthetic records. You will not upload real patient data to it. A production region, a business associate agreement and a data processing addendum are separate from an account on this site. Sequences, email and card charges stay unconnected until those secrets are set on a production deploy.
The platform owner
attiqulehsan@gmail.com is the permanent platform owner. That account cannot be deleted or demoted from inside the product. Entering a customer workspace requires a reason written to the audit log.
